Story Time: Every Monday at 10:30
Introduce children to books and reading at our fun storytimes. Each week, our very talented children’s librarian tells stories, performs songs, and has fun activities to engage children. Parents learn how to foster early literacy skills to prepare their children for learning to read. Librarians answer questions about books and library services, and teach parents how to interest their children in books. No signup is required.
Lapsit: Every Wednesday at 10:30
Lapsit is fun and interactive and filled with stories, activities, and games for toddlers with their parents. No prior sign-up is required. Lapsit storytimes are filled with short stories, finger plays, music and lap games and last a total of about 30 minutes, including 15 to 20 minutes of stories and actions followed by 10 to 15 minutes of play.
